I acknowledge that finding the right property or the right buyer is only a fraction of the home buying or selling process. I realize that about 90% of my job in representing you is my ability to negotiate on your behalf and follow through on the details to ensure a prompt and smooth closing.

I am not afraid to think outside the box. As the listing agent I will fight for your best interest by proving to the other side that your home is worth every penny. If it means pulling out pricing graphs or meeting the cooperating agent and her buyers face to face, I am not afraid to step up to the plate.

As a buyer's representative, I will fight for your price and your terms just as vigorously as though it were my own purchase. I will often submit a competitive market analysis and price trend chart with an offer to give you the best chance of being accepted on the first attempt.
